Terms and Conditions
Event Timing
Day Shift (12:30 PM - 5:30 PM) & Evening Shift (7:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
If client needs extra time (subject to availability), additional charges & door-to-door safe transportation will be applicable. Extra Shift Charge: BDT 3,000 per Photographer/hour & BDT 3,000 per Cinematographer/hour.
Bashor / Pre Event / Get Ready Shoot
Bashor, Preparation, Parlor, or Home-based shoot incurs extra charges (BDT 3,000/hour per Photographer & Cinematographer). Must be confirmed at least 3 days prior to the event date.
Transportation
For events outside Dhaka & Chittagong metropolitan areas, safe transport (AC Bus, Flight, AC Train/Launch) and accommodation must be arranged by the client, or total cost covered by the client.
Payment System
50% booking charge (Non-refundable) at final booking date. Remaining 50% must be paid on the event date within 2 hours of event commencement.
Final Delivery
Raw photos & videos available within 5 days. Final edited & printed output delivered in 30-40 working days (client selection) or 40-50 working days (team selection).
Footage Retention
Raw footage is retained for a maximum of 60 days post-event. Final edited files are retained for 45 days after completion.
Event Cancellation
Cancellation must be made at least 72 hours prior to the event. Advance payments are non-refundable. Cancellations within 72 hours require 50% payment of total package value.
